You will lead 10+ configuration and requirement management engineers across AP1000, AP300, eVinci, and legacy systems, guiding complex projects from definition through execution.

You will manage performance, budget, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring adherence to Westinghouse processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of professional engineering/technology experience.
• Minimum 2 years in people management or project management with resource direction.
• Demonstrates understanding of work direction, motivation, performance management and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 10+ exempt-level engineers across multiple programs.
• Maintains performance management and directs hiring, firing and promotions.
• Collaborates with product line management, sales and customers to ensure project scope.
• Communicates with all management levels and fosters strong customer relationships.
• Ensures work activities align with Westinghouse procedures and budgets.
