Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 10+ years of software development with leadership
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation
• Experience leading or coordinating software engineers or automation engineers
• Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the I&C Safety Systems Software Tools and Automation team and direct reports
• Manage team workload, priorities, and delivery across multiple projects
• Mentor engineers, coach career development, and provide feedback
• Develop software solutions using C#/.NET and related technologies to improve productivity
• Create and maintain reusable libraries, shared frameworks, and NuGet packages
• Lead Azure DevOps improvements, CI/CD pipelines, and build automation
• Develop simulation environments, test harnesses, and automated testing frameworks
• Automate lifecycle processes including requirements, design, verification, and release documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tooling strategy with project needs
• Support software configuration management, traceability, and release management
