GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Hydro Operations Finance Leader to drive the build and run of a global Project Accounting organization for the Hydro business. You will lead a ~25-person team across Americas, EMEA, and Asia, developing future operating models and aligning with Region Ops, BU Finance, and FP&A.

You will oversee setup, actuals, revenue recognition, and audits while championing LEAN and automation. The role requires extensive finance leadership experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Experience with project accounting in a leadership role (Controller/Risk Finance/OTR Finance).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 8+ years in finance or operations with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years in a finance leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Design for a future Project Accounting organization and assess options for Hydro business line.
• Define roles and operating mechanisms for Region Ops, BU Finance, and FP&A.
• Lead Controllership to simplify and standardize processes and policies.
• Translate strategy, drive change, and lead cross-functional programs.
• Oversee project accounting: setup, actuals, revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory documentation for tax and legal purposes.
