We are looking for a Lead Project Planner to join GE Vernova’s Hydro Power North America team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to project leadership, defining the planning approach and schedule strategy for complex, high‑risk projects. You will play a pivotal role in project execution by leading cross‑functional alignment, driving advanced schedule analysis, and facilitating high‑level reviews with customers and consortium partners. By ensuring robust progress tracking and proactive mitigation of risks, you will support project objectives related to cost, schedule, and performance while ensuring contractual commitments are met. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving project execution performance, fostering team maturity through mentorship, and building confidence with our customers.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $145,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
