You will partner with the plant manager and regional controller to drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital planning while presenting clear financial insights that inform operational decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
8 years progressive accounting experience with cost accounting focus.
5+ years in ERP environments (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly close reflecting plant P&L, cash flow, and capex.
Direct inventory oversight and internal controls to safeguard assets.
Provide analysis to plant manager and regional finance.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
