Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Lead Service Manager to head the North America Command Center in Kennesaw, GA. The role combines people leadership, global delivery, and strategic service management for HVAC equipment across regions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.

You will mentor 2–3 direct reports and ~20 engineers, engage with internal and external customers, and shape processes that drive operational excellence and cross-border collaboration in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 10+ years of work experience in Energy Management Systems related areas of System Integration and/or Remote Services Management for HVAC Equipment.
• 5+ years of experience working with customers and internal stakeholders and translating needs into service solutions.
• 3+ years of Business Process Management experience across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal Carrier and external customers for service discovery, definition, deployment and ongoing operations; co-own the P&L for the US region.
• Lead a team of 2–3 direct reports and ~20 indirect engineers.
• Design and run global delivery operations engaging with teams in India and other geographies.
• Drive business process management across teams and geographies.
• Drive the Command Center growth to the next levels and optimize operations.
