Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a US Command Center Manager in Kennesaw, GA to lead the North America Command Center operations. The role oversees a small team and partners with India and other regions to manage global HVAC equipment management services.

The position requires extensive experience in energy management systems, customer engagement and cross-functional leadership, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 10+ years of work experience in Energy Management Systems related areas of System Integration and/or Remote Services Management for HVAC Equipment.
• 5+ years of working with customers and internal stakeholders and translating needs into service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal Carrier and external customers for service discovery, definition, deployment and ongoing operations.
• Co-own the overall P&L of the Command Center execution for the US region; lead a team of direct reports and engineers.
• Design and run global delivery operations engaging with teams in India and other geographies.
• Drive business process management to discover, define, develop and deploy cross-teams processes.
• Drive the Command Center growth to the next levels and make it best in class.
