Omnidian, Inc. is seeking a Global Manager of HSEQ to lead safety, quality and service standards across the US and Australia, with plans for global expansion. You will architect proactive safety culture and rigorous workmanship standards for internal technicians and field service partners.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, audit readiness, data-driven performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver safe, reliable service and outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HSEQ or QA in solar/electrical/technical field service environments.
• Proven experience developing QA programs, workmanship standards and training for distributed field forces.
• Strong working knowledge of US OSHA standards and ability to audit international regulatory frameworks.
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis for safety incidents and workmanship failures.
• Data-driven with FSM data to build dashboards and report performance trends to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a unified global HSEQ program covering worker safety, job site practices, PPE, and environmental considerations.
• Establish clear workmanship and repair quality standards for solar and storage systems; implement post-repair validation processes.
• Define and champion professional conduct, communication, and onsite behavior standards for technicians; audit customer touchpoints.
• Set safety and quality governance for internal staff and third-party contractors, including stop-work and quality correction protocols.
• Ensure field activities meet local building codes, electrical standards, OSHA, NEC, and international regulations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for HSE policies, QA checklists, SOPs, and technical repair instructions.
• Lead incident escalation and RCA, coordinate CAPA, and implement preventive actions.
• Track global safety and quality metrics and use insights to drive preventive risk management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Partner Management, and Client Success to integrate safety data into operations.
