Job summary

Omnidian, Inc. seeks a Global Manager of HSEQ to architect and lead health, safety, environment, and service quality strategy across US and Australia, with plans for global expansion.

You will build a proactive safety culture, set workmanship standards for internal technicians and Field Service Partners, and ensure compliance with local codes and national regulations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HSEQ/QA within technical field service environments.
• Proven experience developing QA programs, workmanship standards, and training mechanisms.
• Strong multi-jurisdictional knowledge including US OSHA and international frameworks.
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis for safety incidents and workmanship failures.
• Experience using FSM data to build dashboards and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Global HSEQ Program Ownership: Develop, implement, and maintain a unified Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality program across regions.
• Workmanship & Repair Quality Standards: Establish clear technical requirements and post-repair validation processes.
• Customer Experience & Service Delivery: Define professional conduct and onsite standards; audit customer touchpoints.
• Direct Technician & Partner Governance: Set safety and quality requirements, including Stop-Work Authority and Quality Correction.
• Regulatory & Code Compliance: Ensure field activities meet local codes, electrical standards, OSHA/NEC and international standards.
• Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain centralized library of HSE policies, QA checklists, SOPs, and safety exhibits.
• Incident & Workmanship Escalation Response: Lead RCA and CAPA; drive preventive actions.
• Data-Driven Performance Management: Track safety/quality metrics and report to leadership.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Operations, Partner Management, and Client Success.
