Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation and implementation of global PSL/Region HSE strategies, policies, procedures and processes.
• Support inline with PSL-specific or geography-specific needs; may cover large geographic areas.
• Oversee the integrated management system to meet company and industry standards.
• Serve as technical advisor to functional and operational counterparts.
• Provide leadership and coaching to drive continuous HSE performance improvements.
• Lead processes to ensure compliance with standards, requirements and best practices.
• Engage in permit applications, hazard identification, risk management, plans, reviews and corrective actions.
• Interface with regulatory authorities and business stakeholders; research and interpret standards and regulations.
