Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the Permian region from Midland/Odessa locations. The role focuses on enforcing HSE systems, training, and documentation, while coordinating regional safety meetings and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The position requires a strong background in HSE operations, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic field environment with exposure to weather and confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED required.
• Demonstrated knowledge/experience of HSE operations, policy, regulation & programs.
• Must possess an acceptable driving record.
• Computer knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Working knowledge of Industry-related equipment, function and safety requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Safety, & Environment or related preferred.
• All current HSE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Good oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Must read and understand complex hazardous shipping labels and MSDS.
• Must possess detailed knowledge of HSE operations, policy, regulation, and programs.
• Strong speaking skills and ability to interact with people of varied backgrounds.
• Coaching, persuasion, negotiation, and establishing working relationships.
• Focus on completing tasks with detailed understanding of work processes.
