Job summary

Ultipro, Odessa, TX, seeks an HSE Field Technician to support safe, compliant field operations by evaluating risks and implementing the HSE Safety Management System.

The role partners with the HSE Manager, operations leadership, field crews, customers, and contractors to improve district safety performance and an injury-free environment. 6+ years HSE/DOT experience and CSP/OSHA training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field; equivalent mix of education/experience considered.
• 6+ years HSE/DOT experience; oilfield services background preferred.
• CSP, SMS, ASP or OSHA training certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate field activities to identify hazards and assess compliance risk.
• Coach and intervene to improve safety and compliance.
• Lead or support investigations and corrective actions with operational impact.
• Manage KPI logs, incident investigations, and audit processes.
• Ensure site orientations and regulatory training are current.
