Job summary

JMG Solutions Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support HSE compliance across international operations within a fast-paced construction and engineering environment. This role will work closely with external safety consultants to coordinate audits, training, RAMS documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions.

You will promote a strong health and safety culture on projects, manage risk and incident reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety within construction/engineering
• Solid understanding of HSE legislation and compliance standards
• Experience with risk assessments and incident management
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external HSE providers and consultants
• Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance programmes
• Support the implementation of company safety procedures and standards
• Prepare and review RAMS and related documentation
• Maintain risk registers and monitor corrective actions
• Support incident investigations and reporting processes
• Deliver and track toolbox talks and safety communications
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across teams and projects
