XYZ Reality seeks a Health & Safety Manager in Austin, Texas to ensure HSE compliance across its operations. This role involves coordinating with external HSE consultancies, supporting risk assessments, and monitoring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry with expertise in OSHA regulations. Benefits include private medical, PTO, and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Health & Safety experience within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations on project sites.
• Proven experience supporting RAMS preparation and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for external HSE consultancies globally.
• Write and review risk assessments and method statements.
• Support incident reporting and investigations.
• Monitor regulatory compliance across operating regions.
• Produce and track toolbox talks.
• Coordinate audits and monitor follow-up actions.
