Job summary

JMG Solutions Ltd in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking an experienced EHS Consultant to support a major data centre construction project. You will conduct daily site inspections, review RAMS/SOPs/MOPs, and drive corrective actions to maintain OSHA and client safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous EHS experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally Data Centres.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and high-risk construction activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor EHS compliance.
• Review high-risk activities, RAMS, SOPs, MOPs, and permit requirements.
• Provide proactive safety interventions and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and site management on all EHS matters.
• Support incident investigations, reporting, and weekly client updates.
• Deliver safety briefings, training, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific safety standards.
