Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety, Environmental, project management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science or HSE related degree.
• Experience with HSE Management Systems and digital tools (Sphera, Intelex or similar).

Responsibilities

• Administer Global HSE Management Systems processes, metrics, and standards.
• Lead HSE Standards Change Control Board (CCB) governance and document management.
• Own HSE IT systems such as Sphera and Intelex; manage access and data collection.
• Develop, validate, and support BI tools to share HSE information enterprise-wide.
• Coordinate Incident Support Team (IST) activities and maintain IST procedures.
• Lead project management for Corporate HSE initiatives and alignment with goals.
• Support governance of the HSE digital strategy and IT standards.
