Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Advisor, Process Safety to join the HSE - Global Manufacturing function. You will coordinate PSM governance, provide technical leadership, and ensure compliance across Lilly's global manufacturing network.

Located in Indianapolis, IN, travel up to 20% may be required. Requires a Bachelor's in chemical engineering or related field and 10+ years in process safety with pharma/chemical manufacturing; PSM training experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, safety, environmental, chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in process safety or related HSE within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing.
• Training in PSM topics (e.g., PHA, Incident Investigation).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enterprise-wide PSM governance and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Manage global requirements and metrics to drive PSM performance and risk reduction.
• Provide technical input to PSM event investigations and change reviews.
• Drive standardization of PSM elements across Lilly manufacturing sites.
• Develop training strategy for key PSM roles across global sites.
