Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in process safety or related HSE in pharma/chemical manufacturing.
• Training in PSM topics (e.g., PHA, Incident Investigation)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enterprise-wide PSM governance and board/meetings.
• Drive PSM performance metrics and risk reduction.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update standards as needed.
• Lead PSM investigations and evaluations for robust outcomes.
• Standardize PSM program elements and tools across sites.
