Job summary

Lilly's Concord, NC site seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental Associate to partner with cross-functional teams to develop and improve HSE programs. This role focuses on health and safety systems, risk reduction, incident investigations, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

You will provide floor support to multiple operations, coach staff, and help sustain an injury-free workplace while collaborating with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in scientific/engineering/HSE discipline; 3+ years in manufacturing HSE.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on safe work practices and incident investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage site resources to foster an interdependent safety culture.
• Develop and sustain HSE systems, processes, and programs for compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis activities.
• Provide floor support with auditing, data collection, and trend analysis.
• Coach and train HSE staff and leadership on technical aspects and culture.
