Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced Global Process Manager – HRO to standardize, optimize, and transform HR Outsourcing processes globally. You will partner with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure consistent service delivery, governance, and operational excellence across in-scope HRO services.

Responsibilities include leading governance forums, owning end-to-end service delivery, driving automation, and managing risks and SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field.
10–15+ years of experience in BPO/ITES, HRO, service delivery, or client engagement.
Proven experience managing large, complex, and/or global client engagements.
Proven experience with P&L ownership and commercial management.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end service delivery across all in-scope HRO processes and locations.
Lead governance forums including weekly/monthly business reviews, QBRs, and executive steering committees.
Monitor SLA/KPI performance, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience commitments.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Provide leadership across Operations, HR, Transition, Technology, Quality, and Workforce Management.
