Job summary

Fluence is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Manager (Workday) to oversee Global HRIS and Americas HR operations. You will configure Workday modules, maintain security, and collaborate with the Insights Team on advanced analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires hands-on system management, leadership, and the ability to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or IT.
• 5–9+ years of HRIS/Workday experience.
• Strong data analytics and Excel skills.
• Experience with payroll, benefits and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Workday configuration, security and access.
• Lead Workday projects, modules and upgrades with cross-functional teams.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and seamless integrations across systems.
• Provide hands-on support and mentor the HRIS/HR operations team.
