Job summary

Fluence is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Systems Manager to oversee Workday-driven HRIS and Americas HR operations. The role blends hands-on HRIS work with strategic process optimization to improve data accuracy and employee experience.

The ideal candidate has extensive Workday experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to configure HR processes across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent/Performance. This is a full-time position based in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Information Technology and 5-9+ years of progressive HRIS experience with a Workday focus.
• Deep functional/technical Workday HCM knowledge, including configuration, business processes and reporting; Excel data manipulation.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues, setup analysis, trends and data-driven improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership; ability to work independently and in teams; manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Workday configuration, security, user access, and upgrades of modules like HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent/Performance.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide workforce data to stakeholders.
• Lead HRIS projects, gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements.
• Audit data, establish reconciliation procedures and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
