As a senior contributor, you will influence decisions at the highest levels, partnering with leaders across geographies and business units.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive and senior leadership populations.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders and Senior Leadership on business and people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into scalable talent, workforce, and organizational plans.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that support growth and transformation.
• Partner with leaders to drive change management and organizational effectiveness.
