UKG is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Executive and Senior Leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives across a large global organization. You will influence decisions, shape workforce plans, and drive transformation with a strong executive presence.
The role emphasizes organizational design, leadership development, and change management to accelerate performance while sustaining an inclusive culture across geographies and functions.
Competenze
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- 5+ years supporting executive and senior leadership populations.
- Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and transformation initiatives.
- Experience influencing executive-level business decisions through strategic people recommendations.
