As a senior individual contributor, you will influence decisions at the highest levels, partnering with leaders across geographies and functions in a matrixed environment. Deep business acumen and executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive and senior leadership populations.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive-level business decisions through strategic people recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders and Senior Leadership teams on business and people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into scalable talent, workforce, and organizational plans.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that support growth.
• Drive talent planning, succession management, and leadership development activities.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement and culture.
• Coach leaders on performance management and accountability.
• Lead change management and transformations through acquisitions or restructures.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and related functions to ensure global consistency.
