Job summary

Seismic in Massachusetts is seeking a Director, HRBP (P&E) to lead our Global P&E team and design HR strategies at a worldwide level, partnering with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and compensation cycles, guide leaders across the organization, mentor HR Managers and Regional HR Professionals, and ensure the effective rollout of company-wide HR programs.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Leadership roles.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to tailor communication to senior leaders and managers; facilitation and problem solving.
• Experience in talent/performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching and development.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner proactively with leaders (up to C-level) to design HR programs that create a positive, inclusive work environment and drive employee retention.
• Guide leaders as they navigate performance management, compensation, employee relations matters, team efficiency and organizational alignment.
• Lead a team of HR professionals including HR Managers and Regional HR Professionals.
• Participate in planning and roll-out of Company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of employment law and exercise good judgement to resolve employment issues with leaders, managers, and legal team.
• Support workforce planning and development initiatives to meet short, medium, and long-term business needs.
