Seismic in San Diego, CA, seeks a Director, HRBP for Product and Engineering to design global HR strategies and lead a team of HR professionals. You will partner with senior leaders and managers, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation cycles.

Reporting to the VP, People Experience, you will drive programs across the globe, build credibility with C-level executives, and ensure an inclusive, high-performing workplace while guiding talent

Formación

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in HR Leadership roles
• Strategic and commercial HR partner for product and engineering
• Experience building and leading global HR programs and teams

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders up to C-level to design inclusive HR programs that drive retention
• Guide performance management, compensation, employee relations and organizational alignment
• Lead HR Managers and regional HR professionals across the globe
• Plan and roll out company-wide HR programs and initiatives
• Apply employment law and exercise good judgement with leaders and legal teams
