Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner to engineering and product leadership. You will support global teams with processes, resources, and data-driven insights to improve employee experience and performance.

You will collaborate on talent acquisition, organizational change, learning and development, and performance management, while mentoring other HRBPs and driving meaningful internal engagement aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee relations/engagement or a similar HRBP role.
• Proven partnering with engineering leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with the pace and dynamics of a technical org.
• Ability to generate and analyze people data and translate into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to engineering and product leadership.
• Support complex global teams while partnering with managers and employees for needed processes and resources.
• Use people data and engineering-specific metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, organizational change management, learning and development program design and delivery, performance management, etc.
• Manage the planning and execution of meaningful internal company engagement in alignment with stakeholders.
• Work with leaders to enhance work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, and facilitate employee change requests.
• Provide HR policy guidance and review policies to maintain compliance.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
• Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
• Mentor other HRBPs on the team.
• May create and facilitate higher level training sessions.
