Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior Change Management leader to guide large-scale transformations across the U.S. and India. You will translate strategy into measurable workforce changes, drive adoption, and lead AI-enabled initiatives with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

You will partner with executives to redefine how work gets done across people, process, and technology, building capability and leadership readiness across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive change management experience leading large, multi-country transformations.
• Demonstrated people-leadership with globally distributed teams (U.S. and India preferred).
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and using AI tools to accelerate change work.
• Learning & Organizational Development practitioner with capability models or leadership programs.
• Prosci, CCMP or equivalent certification.
• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Master’s degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, or MBA.
• Experience in government services, regulated industries, or large-scale HR transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and human-centered design.
• United States based with experience supporting distributed teams.

• Use data to refine adoption, proficiency, and sustained behavior change.
• Design immersive, learner-centered employee experiences to influence behavior.
• Create a culture of experimentation and scale successful approaches.
• Embed capability building and leadership readiness into every transformation.
