Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Director- HR Transformation, Change & Adoption to lead enterprise-wide change efforts enabling AI-enabled ways of working and workforce transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable actions that prepare the workforce and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OD/HR/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive change management experience, leading large, multi-country transformations.
• Demonstrated people leadership with globally distributed teams (US & India preferred).
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and using AI tools to accelerate change work.
• Background as Learning & Organizational Development practitioner with learning journeys or leadership programs.
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Master's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, or MBA.
• Experience in government services, regulated industries, or large-scale HR transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and human-centered design.
• United States based with distributed teams experience.

• Integrate AI into change management to accelerate insights and content creation.
• Use data to refine adoption and behavior change strategies.
• Design and deliver immersive, learner-centered employee experiences.
• Create a culture of experimentation and scale what works.
• Embed capability building, leadership readiness into transformations.
• Act as translator between strategy and execution for leaders and teams.
• Build leader-led change with active sponsorship and role modeling.
