Maximus is seeking a Director- HR Transformation, Change & Adoption to lead enterprise-wide efforts helping employees navigate organizational change, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled ways of working. You will partner with senior leaders to turn strategy into practical actions that prepare our workforce for the future while delivering measurable impact today.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OD/HR/Communications/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive change management experience, including leading large, multi-country transformations.
• Global leadership experience, including managing teams in the US and India.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and using AI tools to accelerate change work.
• Learning & Organizational Development practitioner background with leadership development programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification.
• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in government services, regulated industries, or large-scale HR transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and human-centered design.
• Based in the United States with distributed teams.

• Lead a globally distributed team across the US and India.
• Drive adoption and AI-enabled workforce transformation with measurable business outcomes.

• Act as translator between strategy and execution for leaders and teams.
