Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Change Management Leader to drive large-scale transformations across the U.S. and India, focusing on AI-enabled change, learning, and organizational development.

You will translate strategy into workforce behavior, design learning journeys, and partner with executives to embed a culture of continuous improvement. A strong OD/HR background and certification are required.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ change management experience leading large multi-country transformations.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams (U.S. and India preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions for content, analytics and personalization.
• Background as an Learning & Organizational Development practitioner.
• Prosci or CCMP certification.
