• Partner with VP HR Transformation and CHRO to drive global HR talent strategy.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and critical role management across HR.
• Design learning and development initiatives to build HR capabilities.
• Oversee workforce planning and organizational design for HR function.
• Drive analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement in HR performance.
