ITT Inc. is seeking a strategic HR Manager, People & Culture, to partner with the CHRO and VP HR Transformation in Stamford. This role drives talent strategy, succession planning, capability building, workforce planning, and employee engagement across ITT’s global HR organization.

The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, lead analytics and AI initiatives in HR, and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture to support ITT's growth and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred for senior/global HR leadership.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Think like a business leader to drive HR strategy globally.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Design and deliver learning, upskilling, and professional development initiatives for HR.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational capability assessments for HR.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard top HR talent globally.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights on HR metrics and performance.
