The Sr. Program Manager sits within the Strategy Group Performance Management team in the Group Operations Organization (GOO) and partners with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives spanning business groups, corporate functions, and enterprise priorities.
The role bridges strategy and execution by helping leadership identify opportunities, monitor performance, strengthen accountability, and improve business outcomes through effective governance and management systems.
While the position requires a strong understanding of Lenovo’s solutions and services business, its primary focus is enabling enterprise decision‑making, performance management, cross‑functional alignment, and value realization at the corporate level.
