Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an HR Technology Sr. Project Manager in Morrisville, NC to lead end-to-end project lifecycles for HR systems and initiatives.

You will coordinate with global teams across time zones and manage scope, budget, and schedules while delivering measurable outcomes for our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in HR tech project management, strong communication, and a PMP or active pursuit of PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience supporting HR technology or information systems.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple small/large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project teams' day-to-day project work and ensure they are on task
• Review and manage deliverables across projects
• Develop communication, testing, and change management plans
• Manage scope and mitigates risk across multiple projects
• Manage communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives
