Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking an experienced Director, HR Service Delivery to lead strategy, delivery, and evolution of our global HR technology landscape, with emphasis on Oracle HCM. Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Platforms, this role requires strong leadership, global team management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions for our worldwide workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, enterprise applications, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on Oracle HCM experience, including both functional and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HR technology service delivery, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.
• Serve as the executive leader and subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, driving platform optimization, innovation, and adoption.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of major HR technology initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and new module implementations.
• Oversee the daily operation, support, and performance of Oracle HCM and related HR applications.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of technical program managers, HRIS analysts, application specialists, and support professionals.
