Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks an HRBA Executive Director to drive strategic HR priorities for the CDAO organization within Commercial & Investment Bank. You will act as primary relationship manager to global senior leadership and collaborate with a global team to shape talent solutions and transformation.

You will lead end-to-end talent strategy, project execution, and cross-functional initiatives to address business problems with data-informed solutions and ensure robust risk and controls in people

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Advisor/Partner or Talent & Organizational (HR) Consulting.
• Strategic and transformational mindset with proactive approach.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Experience leading organizational design and execution with global impact.
• Executive presence with proven ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage talent development agendas aligned with business priorities, including compensation, performance development, culture and leadership development.
• Provide executive coaching and counsel to senior leaders on complex organizational issues.
• Identify innovative solutions to maximize organizational design and effectiveness and lead change initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive culture in line with business principles.
• Leverage workforce data to generate insights and inform talent strategies.
