Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Director of Business Resiliency within Global Human Resources to lead a high-performing team and guide incident response across HR and firm-wide Employee Support.

You will partner with HR and Resiliency Office leaders, shape strategy, leverage new technologies including AI, and drive readiness across regions, weekends, and holidays while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Resiliency/Continuity, Crisis Management, PM, or Process Improvement.
• Proven track record leading high performing teams and coaching.
• Able to challenge processes for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire: manage incidents globally for HR and firm-wide Employee Support.
• Collaborate with the Firmwide Resiliency Office to execute resiliency initiatives.
• Strategize and innovate by incorporating new technologies and AI.
• Build and maintain relationships across regions and senior leadership.
