Job summary

Plexus Corporation seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full lifecycle recruitment across corporate and manufacturing functions from its Global Headquarters. You will partner with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate recruitment needs and influence hiring outcomes.

As a senior team member, you will mentor others, lead strategic recruiting projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while aligning talent strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruitment and partner management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to identify hiring needs and criteria.
• Sourcing, advertising and branding to engage candidates across platforms.
• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, assessing, and offering.
• Consult managers on candidate fit and retention strategies.
• Develop knowledge of company culture, benefits, products and services.
