Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin seeks an HR leader to shape strategic planning, organizational design, and change initiatives across Engineering Solutions and After Market Services, aligning people goals with business strategy across global sites.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, strong communication and decision‑making skills, and proven talent development and succession planning abilities in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of organizational design that supports business strategy, improves productivity, and enhances communication and leads change management initiatives.
• Develop strategies, frameworks, and solutions for talent development in collaboration with the HR Leadership Team. Assess talent acquisition and onboarding, conduct talent reviews, create individual employee development strategies, support succession planning, and assist with performance management. Coach leaders to improve their leadership, management, and talent development abilities.
• Work with key stakeholders to assess leadership challenges and capability gaps, and coach leaders to improve and enhance their leadership, management and talent development abilities.
• Partnering with operational needs, support the delivery of HR initiatives aligned with HR COE, function, regional or multiple sites. This includes staffing, training and professional development, performance management process, compensation & benefit administration, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
