Qualifications
- STEM degree with 10+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and pricing analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and ability to present to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead software contract strategy and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Review and draft software licenses and master agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align terms with objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance and cost savings.
