Job summary

You will partner with HR leadership, IT and legal teams to design and deliver staff transfer strategies and HR interventions.

Preferred location Richardson - DFW Texas, with willingness to travel. The role requires senior HR leadership experience in strategic sourcing or M&A and strong program-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 14 years HR-related experience.
• Experience designing staff transfer programs for sourcing or M&A.
• Senior level client or target senior management interactions.
• Led solution design and major staff transfer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions for business pursuits and client HR leadership.
• Engage with client leadership to determine effective transfer strategies.
• Deliver people transfer interventions and monitor costs.
• Provide HR inputs to the HR Transition Team and onboard new staff.
• Plan due diligence and assess financial risks for transfer solutions.
• Negotiate terms and communicate plan with client.
