Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to Oracle-related services and Workday-based implementations within the US delivery arm. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and supporting deployments with emphasis on HCM security and data access controls.

The candidate should demonstrate strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on coding experience across SDLC phases. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Experience in Workday HCM Security and core HCM.
• Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and role-based access.
• Hands-on experience with security configuration and user access management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and document design decisions for developers.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features with existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability measures.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
