Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Control Manager Team Lead in New Jersey to strengthen our risk assessment framework and promote a continuous, integrated risk approach. You will drive top-down analysis, issue detection, escalation, and remediation while collaborating with HR and Product leaders globally for program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in financial services controls, audit, risk management or HR process expertise.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a proactive risk and control culture with evaluation strategies.
• Review data to identify operational risks and support business programs.
• Provide leadership for CORE execution, including deficiencies and resolutions.
• Engage with control colleagues across the firm and related functions.
• Motivate and develop a team to reduce risk and loss.
• Offer ongoing training on risk concepts and applications.
