Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management OR equivalent HR process expertise.
• Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create and evaluate the environment with business partners.
• 3+ Years supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Create a proactive risk and control culture leveraging evaluation strategies and change management.
• Review and analyze program data to identify existing and emerging Operational risks and issues.
• Provide leadership for the end-to-end execution of the CORE, including deficiencies and resolutions.
• Engage with control colleagues across the firm, business, operations management, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and technology control functions.
• Manage and motivate a team to reduce financial loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk.
• Provide ongoing feedback and training and develop employees on risk concepts.
• Develop intelligent solutions and leverage AI.
