Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Scaled People Programs to lead end-to-end execution, delivery, and operational excellence of Uber’s global People programs.

You will enable managers, employees, and HR partners with tools, guidance, and readiness to achieve high adoption and exceptional employee experience. In this role, you will oversee a global team, partner across Talent Development, People Analytics, Onboarding, and HRBPs, and drive scalable, AI-enabled program delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Program Management, Talent Operations, or a related People/HR delivery role.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven experience running large-scale, enterprise-wide HR programs (e.g., performance cycles, onboarding, learning).
• Hands-on experience with modern HCM platforms, AI tools, HR reporting tools, and related platforms (Oracle, ChatGPT, Gemini, Oracle, Qualtrics, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team delivering company-wide HR programs with clear goals.
• Partner with Talent Development, People Analytics, Onboarding, HRBPs, and People Partners to roadmap and plan.
• Deliver end-to-end operational roadmap, rollout logistics, and cadence for HR programs.
• Identify scalable, AI-driven approaches to streamline workflows and personalize experiences.
• Guide creation of enablement resources: sessions, toolkits, guides, campaigns; ensure clear messaging.
• Set KPIs and leverage data to improve program health and adoption.
