Uber is seeking a Sr. Manager, Scaled People Programs to lead the end-to-end execution of Uber’s global HR programs, including performance management, onboarding, and employee feedback initiatives.

You will equip managers and HR partners with tools, guidance, and readiness to achieve high adoption and exceptional employee experience. You will manage a global team, collaborate with Talent Development, People Analytics, and onboarding functions, and drive scalable, automated delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or a related People/HR delivery role.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven experience running large-scale, enterprise-wide HR programs.
• Hands-on experience with modern HCM platforms, AI tools, and HR reporting tools.

• Lead a global team responsible for program management and delivery of company-wide HR programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build the annual and quarterly roadmaps and project plans.
• Deliver end-to-end operational roadmap, rollout logistics, and cadence for HR programs.
• Identify scalable approaches leveraging automation, HR technology, and AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Develop enablement resources and communications to drive adoption and accountability.
• Track KPIs and use data to optimize program quality over time.
