Job summary

Uber is seeking a Sr. Manager, Scaled People Programs to lead the end-to-end execution and operational excellence of global People programs.

You will drive the roadmap for performance management, learning, employee feedback surveys, and onboarding, empowering managers, employees, and HR partners to achieve high adoption and an exceptional employee experience. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Program Management, Talent Operations, or a related People/HR delivery role.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven experience running large-scale, enterprise-wide HR programs (e.g., performance cycles, learning, onboarding programs).
• HR Tech Familiarity: Hands-on experience with modern HCM platforms, AI tools, HR reporting tools, performance management tools, and related platforms (e.g., Oracle, ChatGPT, Gemini, Oracle, Qualtrics, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower a global team responsible for program management and delivery of company-wide HR programs; establish clear performance goals and manage workload distribution.
• Regularly partner with cross-functional teams to build the annual and quarterly roadmap, develop project plans, define success measures, and establish feedback loops.
• Deliver the end-to-end operational roadmap, rollout logistics, and execution cadence for company-wide HR programs, including performance cycles, employee surveys, learning, and onboarding.
• Identify and implement scalable approaches to program delivery leveraging automation, HR technology, and AI tools to streamline workflows and personalize experiences.
• Guide the development of enablement resources and communications to drive accountability and adoption; leverage tech platforms to deliver.
• Establish team KPIs and tracking mechanisms to monitor program health and use data insights to elevate program quality.
