Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR leader to act as a strategic advisor to business executives, shaping workforce strategy and driving key HR programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will own core HR processes in partnership with Centers of Excellence and develop talent strategies for critical roles and succession planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience.
5+ years partnering with leaders in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to business leaders and HR teams.
Shape workforce strategy and lead key HR programs and org effectiveness initiatives.
Own and drive core HR processes with HR Centers of Excellence.
Develop workforce and talent strategies for critical roles and succession planning.
Partner with leaders to design scalable org structures aligned to business goals.
Provide strategic consultation on workforce challenges and people decisions.
Leverage HR data/analytics to guide planning and decisions.
Lead cross-functional HR and business projects.
Mentor senior HR Business Partners and others in HR.
